What do I need to rent?
A valid driver's license, proof of full coverage insurance and a major credit card in the renter's name. Age requirements vary by car and are confirmed when you book.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A refundable deposit is held for every rental. The amount depends on the car and is shown in your confirmation.
Where can you deliver?
Anywhere across Miami, including homes, hotels, private terminals and marinas. Tell us the address when you request your car.
Am I charged when I send a request?
No. A request holds nothing on your card. You pay only after your concierge confirms the car and dates.
Is there a mileage limit?
Each rental includes a daily mileage allowance. Your concierge can add more before pickup.
